COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 Update

During the COVID-19 outbreak we will continue to provide veterinary care for essential medical or surgical problems with your pet. If you have a problem with your pet please call us to discuss it. We will also continue to provide vaccines for transmissible diseases such as Rabies and Leptospirosis if needed. During this time will be changing the way we see appointments:
  • We will receive the pet outside of the office and return the pet to you on completion of the appointment. Please have your dog on a leash and hand the dog over at arm's length. If you have a small dog or cat you can leave the pet in a carrier outside the door than remain inside your vehicle. If you have a mask and gloves please where them.
  • Please call when you arrive for your appointment, we can discuss concerns on the phone and take payment information.
  • If you are experiencing any type of respiratory symptoms, a cough or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days please reschedule your appointment.
  • We will provide curbside service for medications and food pick up.
  • Telemedicine consults are also now available. Telemedicine is a great tool and many cases can be handled via telemedicine.
We will continue to provide your pets with the best care possible during these uncertain times. We wish you and your pet's good health and thank you for your support and cooperation.

Sincerely,
Dr. Gallo and staff at Warren Twp. Animal Hospital
